Beautifully landscaped lawns and patios in a 14-acre woodland setting surround our contemporary residence comprised of 130 rental apartments and numerous lounges, activity areas and gathering spaces.

Six models are available, ranging from 375 sq. ft. studios to 615 sq.ft. one-bedroom units. All feature a kitchenette, private bath, walk-in closet, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, cable and telephone hook ups, carpeting and window treatments. Safety and convenience features are everywhere: handrails, safety bars, fire alarms and sprinklers, call buttons in every apartment.

Utilities and weekly housekeeping are included in the monthly rental fee starting at $3,710/month.
